Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 seedless chilli, minced
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 medium cauliflower, chopped
  • 5 cups skim milk (tea)
  • 1 bottle of light coconut milk (200 ml)
  • 1 pack of light cream
  • salt to taste
  • Parsley and chilli for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and saute the onion and garlic for 3 minutes
  2. Add the pepper, curry and paprika and saute for 3 minutes
  3. Add the cauliflower, milk and coconut milk
  4. Cook over low heat until the cauliflower is soft.
  5. Turn it off, let it cool and then blend it, little by little, in a blender.
  6. Return to the pan over low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the cream, season with salt and sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately.
