How to choose the best eggs in the store: don’t look at the price or the size

Eggs are a constant product in the diet of all people: both those who lose weight and those who like to have a hearty breakfast. But how to choose the right eggs that will bring maximum benefits to the body?

Non-obvious moment: eggs help with weight loss. At the same time, the main thing here is not only in protein and the high nutritional value of eggs (with a minimum of calories), but also in chromium!

Chromium is involved in many vital processes in the body, including metabolic processes. This nutrient reduces appetite and suppresses sugar cravings.

Natural sources of chromium are broccoli, shrimp, liver, eggs and brewer’s yeast. Protein improves the absorption of chromium. So eggs should be on our table every day! But how to choose them?

Everything is simple!

If you ever come across grade “D” eggs, be sure to buy them without hesitation, as they are diet eggs. They go to the counter the same day or immediately the next day after collecting the eggs, after they have been laid by the hen. The nutritional value of these eggs is enormous and peaks on the third or fourth day.

However, much more often in stores there are eggs marked “C” – and with different numbers. If you choose “C” grade eggs, choose “C2”. Yes, they are smaller than “C0”, which means they contain less protein. But these eggs were laid by young hens and contain far fewer chemicals, including growth hormones and antibiotics.
