Baked pamonha:
- 6 ears of wheat washed and shelled
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- salt (pinch)
PRE-PREPARATION:
- Separate recipe utensils and ingredients.
- Remove the butter from the fridge to soften it.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Discard the corn husks and husks and wash the cobs. On a board, with a sharp knife, remove the corn kernels from the cobs.
- Grease a deep refractory pan with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
PREPARATION:
Baked pamonha:
- In the blender, put the milk, butter, sugar and a pinch of salt and beat to mix.
- Add the corn kernels, a little at a time, and beat vigorously, about 5 minutes, until the mixture is smooth.
- Turn off the blender and transfer the dough to the greased refractory plate sprinkled with sugar.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Turn off the oven, let it cool.
FINISHING AND ASSEMBLY:
- Keep the baked mush on a platter, serve hot or cold.
