- 1 cup wheat flour (tea)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup (tea) milk

- 3 apples
- 2 pears
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 4 tablespoons of butter

Method of preparation:
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the dough and beat with a wooden spoon until you get a smooth dough. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter and put portions of dough.
- Make circular movements with the pan, forming a thin pancake.
- Fry on both sides, remove and cover with a towel.
- Repeat the process until you run out of dough.
- Peel the apples and pears, remove the core, cut them into cubes and dip them in lemon juice.
- In another pan, melt the butter, stir in the cinnamon and add the fruit.
