Ingredients:

  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cup (tea) milk
  • 1/4 cup (tea) water
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cognac
  • butter for frying

Filling

  • 3 apples
  • 2 pears
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the dough and beat with a wooden spoon until you get a smooth dough. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
  2. In a frying pan, melt the butter and put portions of dough.
  3. Make circular movements with the pan, forming a thin pancake.
  4. Fry on both sides, remove and cover with a towel.
  5. Repeat the process until you run out of dough.
  6. Peel the apples and pears, remove the core, cut them into cubes and dip them in lemon juice.
  7. In another pan, melt the butter, stir in the cinnamon and add the fruit.
