The singer was taken to the hospital on Saturday, 24, against her will, and was admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU). She had been dealing with a fever for over a month, ignoring the symptoms of the infection.
Again according to sources of the tmz extensionMadonna feared her world tour would be ruined and was working till she dropped.
The tour in question, Celebration, marks 40 years of the pop star’s career. The first performance was scheduled for July 15 in Canada, but Madonna’s manager Guy O’Seary has already announced that the date will be rescheduled.
