World Chocolate Day is celebrated on July 7, one of the favorite sweets of Brazilians. Used in the preparation of various foods, including savory foods, it is widely known for its unique and unrecognizable flavor, but it is also an important health maintenance agent, especially 70% cocoa.

Chocolate pudding

ingredients

  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of chopped chocolate
  • 250g of milk cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 300ml of milk

Method of preparation

In a blender, put the condensed milk, chocolate, milk cream, eggs, powdered milk and milk and beat until smooth. Then, place the mixture on a pudding mould, cover with aluminum foil and cook in a preheated oven at 180ºC, in a bain-marie, for 45 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool down, unmold and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Chicken with chocolate sauce

ingredients

Chicken

  • 10 thighs of chicken
  • 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

chocolate sauce

  • 2 cups of cocoa powder
  • 2 teacups of chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Put the chicken thighs in a container and season them with salt, pepper and garlic. Cover with cling film and leave to rest for an hour. Next, transfer the chicken to a roasting pan and place it in the preheated oven on medium heat for 1 hour. Turn off the heat and set aside. In a saucepan, combine the chocolate, cornstarch, soy sauce and chicken broth and mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat until thickened. Turn off the heat, pour the sauce over the chicken and serve immediately.

Tip: serve garnished with sesame seeds.

Chocolate soup white

ingredients

  • 350 g of finely chopped white chocolate
  • 500 g of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 packet of cornstarch biscuits
  • flakes of white chocolate to decorate

Method of preparation

In a pan put the chocolate white and half the cream and cook over medium heat until melted, stirring constantly. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool down and put in the fridge for 20 minutes. In a stand mixer, put the rest of the cream and the sugar and beat until you get the whipped cream. Remove the chocolate from the fridge, pour the whipped cream over it and mix until you get a mousse.

Then, in a refractory, make a layer with the mousse and another with the biscuits. Repeat the procedure until the entire container is filled and finished with the mousse. Sprinkle with white chocolate and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve immediately.

  • 250 g of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 3 spoons of cocoa powder
  • 500 g of shortcrust pastry
  • Fry oil

Method of preparation

In a pan, put the condensed milk, chocolate powder and butter and bring to medium heat until it degrades from the bottom of the pan, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix until it is incorporated with the other ingredients. Reserve.

On a flat surface, roll out the shortcrust pastry and cut it into a rectangle shape. With the help of a spoon, take a little brigadeiro, place it on the dough and fold it in half. Press the edges with a fork and repeat the process with all the dough. In a pan, put the oil and heat over medium heat. Using a slotted spoon, gradually drop the pastries into the pan and fry until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined container and serve immediately.

Powdered milk bonbons with chocolate shell

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 2 tablespoons of xylitol
  • 2 cups of tea milk
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 50 g of chopped chocolate
  • Butter for greasing

Method of preparation

Put the powdered milk and xylitol in a bowl and mix well. Add the vanilla essence and, little by little, the milk. Mix until you get a solid consistency. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Reserve. Put the chopped chocolate in a saucepan and bring to medium heat until it melts. Add the coconut oil and stir to incorporate. Turn off the heat and set aside.

Subsequently, remove the dough from the fridge and, with the help of a spoon, take a small portion and shape it into a ball. Dip them in the chocolate sauce and place them on a greased baking sheet. Repeat the process with all the dough and put it in the fridge until the chocolate dries. Serve immediately.
