The Miss Universe Brazil candidates are preparing for the grand finale of the pageant this Saturday the 8th, which will reveal the Miss who will represent the country in the Miss Universe pageant. In all, 27 participants from each of Brazil’s states and Federal District will compete for the title.
For the first time in history, the competition allowed the entry of married women with children. The change was prompted after more than 70 years by a Miss Universe rule change in August of last year. The age to participate, however, remains the same: from 18 to 28 years.
Miss Universe Brazil 2023 will take place at Pátio Welucci, in Brooklin, São Paulo. Tickets are sold to the public on the Ingresse website. However, the contest will also be broadcast across the country starting at 7.30pm on Saturday. The final grand show is scheduled for 21:00.
