Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1 sifted yolk
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup cream (milk)
  • 1 pack of crushed champagne biscuits (150 g)
  • Mint leaves to decorate

Jelly

  • 3 cups pineapple (cubes)
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Method of preparation:

  1. For the jelly, mix the ingredients in a pan and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Let cool.
  3. For the cream, mix the condensed milk, milk, egg yolk, starch and essence in a pan.
  4. Bring to a low boil, stirring until thickened.
  5. Add the cream and let it cool.
  6. In transparent cups, make a layer of cream, biscuit, cream and finish with the jelly.
  7. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  8. Decorate with mint leaves and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 cans of milk (use empty condensed milk can to measure)
  • 4 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
  • 1 can of whey-free cream
  • 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

Syrup

  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk

Method of preparation:

  1. For the syrup, mix the chocolate powder and milk.
  2. Pour into a hole in the middle and reserve.
  3. In a saucepan, mix the condensed milk, milk, egg yolks and bring to a boil, stirring until thickened.
  4. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
  5. Add the cream, the whipped egg whites with the sugar, the walnuts and mix well.
  6. Pour into the mould, cover with aluminum foil and place in the freezer for 6 hours.
  7. Develop, decorate as you wish and serve.

Ingredients:

passion fruit cream

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of passion fruit juice concentrate (use empty condensed milk can to measure)
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • 1 box of cream (200g)

For the chocolate cream

  • 1 can of doomed milk
  • 1 can of milk (use empty condensed milk can to measure)
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 box of cream (200g)

Lemon cream

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of lemon juice (use empty condensed milk can to measure)
  • 1 box of cream (200g)
  • Chopped sighs to decorate
  • lemon zest to decorate

Method of preparation:

  1. For the passion fruit cream, in a pan, mix the ingredients, except the cream.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until thickened and brought to a boil.
  3. Add the cream and leave to cool.
  4. Distribute among individual bowls in 1/3 capacity and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. For the chocolate cream, in a small saucepan, bring the condensed milk, milk, and cornstarch over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
  6. Turn off the heat, add the chocolate and stir until it melts completely.
  7. Mix the cream, let it cool and pour over the passion fruit cream, filling 2/3 of the cup.
  8. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  9. For the lemon cream, mix the ingredients and fill the bowls.
  10. Refrigerate for another 1 hour.
  11. Decorate with sighs and zest and serve after.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of calendula powder (50g)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (warm)
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 jar of cream
  • 1 can concentrated passion fruit juice (use empty condensed milk can to measure)
  • 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder

Syrup

  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp (tea)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Method of preparation:

  1. Dissolve the maria-mole in the coconut milk and beat in the blender with the condensed milk, cream and juice.
  2. Dissolve gelatin according to package directions, add to blender mixture and beat.
  3. Pour into a hole in the moistened medium and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  4. For the syrup, mix all the ingredients and bring to the boil, stirring until it thickens.
  5. Develop pudding and water with syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs (yolks and whites separated)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (powdered)
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Syrup

  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cognac
  • 2 tablespoons cherry liqueur or cointreau

Cream

  • 4 gems
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 2 cups of milk (warm)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1/2 liter of whipped cream
  • Powdered chocolate to decorate

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat the egg whites and add the sugar and the yolks.
  2. Add the sifted flour and chocolate, mixing gently.
  3. Add the yeast.
  4. Pour into a 22cm round cake pan lined with buttered and floured baking paper.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, unmold and leave to cool and cut into two discs. Reserve.
  6. For the syrup, heat the water and sugar over low heat.
  7. Switch off, collect drinks and reserve.
  8. For the cream, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they turn whitish.
  9. Add the hot milk and beat for 1 minute.
  10. Bring to medium heat until you get a full-bodied mixture.
  11. Remove from the oven, add the vanilla and leave to cool.
  12. Assemble the candies by layering them with the cake topped with the syrup and cream.
  13. Decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mango (diced)
  • 1 cup kiwi (sliced)
  • 1 cup peaches (chopped)
  • 1 cup (tea) of cherries
  • 1 bag of unflavored gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons of water
  • 1 box of marie-mole
  • 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 jar of cream
  • Oil for greasing

Method of preparation:

  1. In a greased 24cm diameter hole in the center, alternate layers of fruit until done.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin in the water and dissolve it in a bain-marie.
  3. Run the blender with the other ingredients for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour over the fruit and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  5. Develop and serve.
