Clarity about your true motivation and purpose brings more confidence and well-being to everyday life
From romantic spiritualists to skeptical materialists, it is entirely possible that, at least once in their lives, everyone has wondered about the scope of its existence. Following this line of reflection, the search for everyone’s why, I would like to propose a broadening of perspective.

reason and purpose
When we think about the purpose of our lives as individuals, we separate ourselves from the whole, put ourselves in a position at the center of the Universe, as if, somehow, it all happened to me.
Observing the elements and the laws of nature, we realize that everything has a function, a reason for existing, that the natural world wastes nothing and contains nothing that is random.
Based on these aspects, we can see that our existence also has a function, something that makes us essential, but without making us special.
Therefore, to reach a point of greater clarity, another reflection is more appropriate: “What does life want from me?”. Have you ever stopped for a moment to ask yourself this question?
individual and specific
Thinking about it is essential to find the meaning of living, your motivation and what your true purpose is.
Each person will find an answer more in line with their reality, based on their values, repertoire and references. It is also worth considering perceptions about relationships with other people and patterns that repeat themselves in one’s life.
But fundamentally, what life wants from us is for us to be happy.
Reading this way, this answer may seem overly simple and also a bit silly, right? But isn’t that what you want, to be happy?
The crux of the question is: do you know what makes you happy?
It’s not obvious
It is difficult to answer because it is as if we have misunderstood the logic of how self-fulfillment works in life.
To survive, the heart needs to beat and we need to breathe. Except in matters of health, the body does everything by itself, without our having to think or make any effort.
There is also the demand for food and water. Again, the body itself has the mechanisms to feel hunger and thirst, and we instinctively seek to satisfy these needs.
Because we have the will to experience happiness, we assume that just like these natural processes, because we are alive, we will naturally make choices to achieve this.
Your share
It is not so. The great wisdom of life (you can call it God, nature or whatever you like) is perfect. It has provided us with the workings of the physical organism to meet our basic survival needs.
However, on a subjective level, it is everyone’s duty to seek their own happiness. And this is our work on the face of the earth. We must commit ourselves to this task.
That’s where the purpose lives. What you would do even if you didn’t have to, that gets you past conditions and moving towards fulfillment, simply because it warms your heart. It’s what makes you happy.
Therefore, it is extremely valuable to work on the development of self-perception and self-knowledge. Find out what you like, what has value to you, and do what you have to do to achieve it.
Sometimes we encounter obstacles and blockages on this path. Overcoming these challenges is also part of our role. And you can count on help on this journey, for example, from an energy-spiritual therapist.
Ask yourself the big question “What does life want from me?” because that’s the question that’s really worth asking. Don’t give up on searching and dedicate yourself to realizing. This is your great mission, your purpose.
