Vegetable Soup With Pasta
Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 sliced carrot
- 1 diced potato
- 1 diced mandioquinha
- 1 cup green beans (chopped)
- 2 liters of water
- 1 cube of vegetable broth
- 1/2 package of Ave Maria pasta (250g)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Parmesan and chives for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
- Heat a pan with olive oil and saute the onion and extract for 2 minutes
- Add the vegetables, water and vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add the pasta and, if necessary, add more water to cover
- Season with salt and pepper, then cook until the noodles and vegetables are tender.
- Transfer to a deep plate, sprinkle with Parmesan and chives and serve after.
