  • 1.5 kg of dried meat cut into cubes
  • 2 onions peeled and chopped
  • 1 seedless green pepper, chopped
  • 6 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • 5 cups of tea rice
  • 10 cups of boiling water
  • Olive oil and chopped parsley to taste
  • Water for cooking jerky

Method of preparation

Put the jerky in a pan, cover with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Next, change the water and return it to the heat, repeating the process until the amount of salt is palatable. Turn off the heat, drain the water and set aside.

In a frying pan, put the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the charque and fry until golden brown. Add the onion, garlic and bell pepper and saute well.   • 1kg of meat roast beef cut into cubes
  • 1 kg roast pork loin, cut into cubes
  • 500g sausage, roasted and sliced
  • 1 peeled and chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • 200 g of bacon
  • Salt, olive oil and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

In a blender, put the pine nuts, beef, sirloin and sausage and blend well. Reserve. In a frying pan, put the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic and bacon and saute. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped mixture and fry until golden brown. Serve immediately.

  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • cloves and cinnamon sticks to taste

Method of preparation

In a large-bottomed saucepan, put the milk and condensed milk and stir until diluted. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn off the heat and set aside. In another container, whip the egg whites until stiff and add the yolks one at a time. Then put the egg whites and yolks in the milk and mix well. Add the cloves and cinnamon and cook for 30 minutes. Then mix gently to break the candy into pieces. Remove from the heat and, with the help of a slotted spoon, place the candies in a glass jar. Sift the remaining syrup over the candy. Let it cool and take it to the refrigerator to freeze. Serve immediately.
