Easy beef soup recipe

Preparation time: 1 hour

Performance: 6 portions

Difficulty level: easy

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 liters of water
  • 400 g of diced cassava
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 1 cup peas (frozen)
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 cup of pasta (Our Father)
  • Grated Parmesan for dusting

Method of preparation:

  1. In a pressure cooker, over high heat, heat the oil and brown the meat.
  2. Next, add the onion, garlic and saute for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the extract, the curry, the tomato, the bay leaf, the water, the manioc, the broth, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, after starting to press.
  4. Turn off, let the pressure release naturally and open. Add the carrots, peas, salt, pepper, parsley and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the macaroni and cook al dente. If necessary, add more water.
