Easy beef soup recipe
Preparation time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 liters of water
- 400 g of diced cassava
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 diced carrot
- 1 cup peas (frozen)
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 cup of pasta (Our Father)
- Grated Parmesan for dusting
Method of preparation:
- In a pressure cooker, over high heat, heat the oil and brown the meat.
- Next, add the onion, garlic and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add the extract, the curry, the tomato, the bay leaf, the water, the manioc, the broth, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, after starting to press.
- Turn off, let the pressure release naturally and open. Add the carrots, peas, salt, pepper, parsley and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the macaroni and cook al dente. If necessary, add more water.
- Finally, serve with Parmesan and enjoy your meal!
