Originally from Japan, sake is an ancient alcoholic beverage made from fermented rice. Widespread in Japanese culture, the drink is included in the same category as wine and, thanks to its sweet and soft aroma, it has broken barriers and conquered the palates of different nationalities.

Sake with watermelon and lemon

ingredients

• 50 ml mandarin flavored sake with pink pepper
• 15ml of squeezed Sicilian lemon
• energetic flavour watermelon and ice cubes to taste
• Mint leaves to decorate

Method of preparation

In a bowl put the ice cubes. Add the sake, the energy drink and the squeezed Sicilian lemon and mix gently with the help of a spoon. Finally decorate and flavor with mint leaves. Serve immediately.

Sakerinha with passion fruit and strawberry

ingredients

• 50 ml of sake
• 30ml of passion fruit
• 6 strawberries
• 25 ml of sugar syrup
• sprigs of basil to decorate
• Ice cubes to taste

Method of preparation

In a large glass, put the strawberry, the passion fruit and the sugar. Mash the ingredients, fill the glass with ice, add the sake and mix with the help of a spoon. Finally decorate and flavor with a sprig of basil. Serve immediately.

Pink drink and passion

ingredients

• 50 ml of sake
• 10ml of Campari
• Pink lemonade and ice cubes to taste
• 1 slice of Bahian Orange to decorate

Method of preparation

Put the ice cubes in a large glass. Add the sake, pink lemonade and campari and mix gently with a spoon. Finish by decorating with a slice of Bahia orange. Serve immediately.
