Mustard medallion recipe with risotto

Ingredients:

  • 5 filet mignon medallions
  • 3 tablespoons of mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 200 g of sliced ​​bacon
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

risotto

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cups rice (arborio)
  • 1/2 glass of white wine (tea)
  • 6 cups of warm water (tea)
  • 2 cubes of vegetable broth
  • 3 cups (tea) cooked broccoli in bunches
  • 1 cup Parmesan (grated)

Method of preparation:

  1. For the risotto, heat a pan with the butter and sauté the rice for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the wine and let it evaporate.
