Ingredients:
- 700 g of cooked cassava cut into pieces (keep the cooking water aside)
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 grated onion
- 1 bunch of kale, sliced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- Remove the cassava filaments, pour them into a blender and blend, little by little, with the cooking water until you obtain a homogeneous broth. Reserve.
- Heat a pan with oil over medium heat and fry the onion and peppers for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
