Ingredients:

  • 700 g of cooked cassava cut into pieces (keep the cooking water aside)
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 bunch of kale, sliced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Remove the cassava filaments, pour them into a blender and blend, little by little, with the cooking water until you obtain a homogeneous broth. Reserve.
  2. Heat a pan with oil over medium heat and fry the onion and peppers for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Add cassava stock and cook until bubbly. Add the kale and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and serve your different green broth.
