Roast St. Peter with Onions
ingredients
- 4 St. Peter’s fillets;
- 2 purple onions;
- ½ cup tea with crushed black olives;
- ½ cup of crushed green tea;
- Olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Method of preparation
Cut the onions into thick slices. Line a refractory glass with the onion layers, previously greased with olive oil. Arrange the St. Peter’s fillets on top of the onion and distribute the chopped olives and the green herb over the fillets. Drizzle everything with a generous layer of olive oil and add salt. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180° for about 40 minutes. Then just serve.
