ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup of almond flour
- 1 tbsp succulent cane
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Method of preparation
In a bowl combine the bananas with the oats and mash well until it forms a paste. Then add the almond flour, cane molasses and baking soda, mixing the ingredients together. Finally shape with a spoon and distribute in a shape with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven at 180ÂșC for 20 minutes.

ingredients
- 4 cups of tea sugar demerara
- 1 teacup of water
- Cinnamon stick to taste
- 10 small bananas cut into thin slices
Method of preparation
Put the sugar in a pan and bring to medium heat, stirring until caramelised. Then add the water (be careful at this stage), the cinnamon stick and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, in a thin stream. Lower the heat and add the bananas. Simmer for 5 minutes. The bananas should be firm. Turn off the heat and serve.
Banana’s cake
ingredients
- 2 mashed bananas
- 5 tbsp soup Brown sugar
- 1/4 tea cup of oil
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
- 1 teacup of wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups oat milk tea
- Oil for greasing
- Wheat flour for flouring
Method of preparation
In a bowl put the brown sugar, the mashed banana and mix well. Then add the oat milk, the oil and, little by little, add the Wheat flour. Mix well. Finally add the yeast and mix gently. Then put it in a form greased with oil and floured with wheat flour. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
