Prestigious ice cream cake recipe
Preparation time: 1h10 (+2h of fridge)

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of water (tea)
- 1 cup of oil (tea)
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (powdered)
- 2 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Butter and wheat flour for greasing
Filling
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 100 g of grated coconut
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Syrup
- 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
Roof
- 200 g of chopped milk chocolate
- grated coconut for dusting
Method of preparation:
- In a blender, beat the eggs, water, oil, sugar, chocolate powder and flour until smooth.
- Add the yeast and mix with a spoon.
- Pour into a medium, greased and floured rectangular cake pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven, let cool and unmold.
- For the filling, bring the condensed milk, coconut and butter over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
- For the syrup, in a skillet over medium heat, combine the coconut milk, milk, and sugar.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
- For the glaze, melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave and add it to the cream.
- Then cut the cake in half, wet it with half of the syrup and spread the filling.
- Arrange the other part of the dough and water with the remaining syrup.
- Spread the glaze, sprinkle with coconut and cut into small pieces.
- Wrap one by one in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Then, remove from the fridge and serve.
