Strawberry and mint mousse
ingredients
Mousse
- 250 g of whey-free cream
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 400g of strawberry
- Fresh mint to taste
- 25 g of strawberry jelly dissolved in 50 ml of hot water
Syrup
- 300 g of chopped strawberries
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 20 cloves
Method of preparation
Mousse
In a blender, put the cream, condensed milk, strawberries, mint and melted gelatin and beat well for 5 minutes. Then press the “pulse” key three times. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate until it thickens.
Syrup
In a pan over medium heat, place the strawberries, sugar and cloves. Mix well until the point of the syrup is reached, which should take about 10-15 minutes. Let the syrup cool, remove the cloves and serve with the mousse.
lemon mousse
ingredients
- 250 g of sour cream
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 100ml of lemon juice
- 3 egg whites
Method of preparation
In a bowl, beat the egg whites and set them aside. hit the condensed milk and the milk cream in the mixer until smooth. Then, without ceasing to beat, slowly add the lemon juice. Finally add the egg whites and mix gently. Take it to the refrigerator to freeze it and serve it afterwards.

- 4 cups diced watermelon tea
- 250 g of whey-free cream
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 25 g of unflavored colorless gelatin
- 5 tablespoons of hot water
Method of preparation
In a container, hydrate the gelatin in hot water. In the blender, beat the watermelon, condensed milk and cream. Add the gelatin and beat some more. Then put the mixture in the bowls and take it to the refrigerator to harden for about 1 hour. Serve cold and decorate as desired.
pineapple mousse

- 1 diced pineapple
- 1 1/2 liters of water
- 10 spoons of sugar
- 100 g of pineapple flavored jelly

Method of preparation
