Regis Danese had his discharge from hospital canceled after showing new symptoms in the early hours of this Wednesday (6/9). The doctors responsible for the singer’s treatment chose to place a nose bridge.

On Instagram, the singer revealed this morning that he needs to get new treatments, but avoided going into too much detail about the situation. It is unclear whether the symptoms arose as a result of bowel surgery.

“I was going to be discharged today, right? But that morning I was really sick, I threw up a lot. And the doctors, who know what’s best for me, decided to keep me here, they put a probe in, but God is in control“, Danese said, without hiding his sadness. “I suffer a lot, but Jesus suffered much more. Let’s endure and be brave. The Lord Jesus Himself said that in the world we would have tribulations to have courage, so have good courage.”

Danese also asked his fans for prayers and stressed that he can’t wait to go home. “Keep praying for my life. I want to get out of here soon and see my mother, father, brother eat my mother’s chicken. God is always good. Thanks for your prayers, don’t stop praying for me,” he specified.

On Thursday (8/31), Regis Danese announced that he would undergo emergency surgery due to bowel perforation. The singer’s notice stated that he also broke three ribs and an arm.
