Custard tart

ingredients

  • 2 pieces of puff pastry
  • 500 g of cream
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 7 egg yolks
  • Peel of 1/2 lemon in large strips
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Ground cinnamon to taste
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for flouring

Preparation method

Place the cream, egg yolks, wheat flour and sugar in a pan. Mix well and place over medium heat. Add the lemon zest and cinnamon stick. Stir until it boils. Turn off the heat, remove the lemon zest and cinnamon stick. Cover the cream with cling film, placing it directly against the cream to prevent it from forming a hard film.

While the cream cools, roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut it into discs. Arrange the discs in aluminum tart molds, greased with butter and floured with wheat flour. Open the dough with your fingers to coat the bottom and sides of the pan. Add the cream and place the molds on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes until the cream swells. Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool, unmold, complete with ground cinnamon and enjoy your meal!

Simple chocolate cake

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of chocolate milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 100g grated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for flouring

Roof

  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 200 g of cream
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 2 tablespoons milk chocolate

Preparation method

Using a mixer, beat the eggs for 3 minutes. Then add sugar and beat for another 2 minutes. Add the chocolate, butter and coconut and beat some more. Finally add the yeast and mix gently with a spatula. Place the dough in a baking pan greased with butter and floured with wheat flour. Cook at medium temperature for 40 minutes. Remove the dough from the oven as soon as it is cooked and set it aside.

Syrup

Place the condensed milk, cream, corn starch and milk chocolate in a pan. Stir and heat until covered. Pour over the cake and place in the refrigerator before serving.

  • 1 pack of champagne biscuits
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 250ml of milk cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 1 glass of brandy
  • 2 cups of iced coffee tea
  • Chocolate powder for sprinkling

Preparation method

Using a mixer, beat the cream until stiff and set aside. Using the mixer again, beat the sugar, egg yolks and brandy for 3 minutes. Add the whipped cream and cream cheese and mix well. To assemble the tiramisu, dip the biscuits in the coffee and arrange them in layers on a serving plate. Place a layer of cream on top of the biscuits and then add another layer of biscuits. Finish with a layer of cream and sprinkle with chocolate powder. Place in the fridge for 3 hours.
