We will teach you how to prepare ice cream on a stick in three flavors: strawberry, papaya and kiwi. But it is possible to test other options, just buy the ready-made pulp of the desired fruit; the rest will always be the same. Without further ado, check out step by step:
Fruit popsicle
Time: 30min (+2h40min freezer)
Performance: 6 units
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 1 cup washed strawberries
- 2 cups diced papaya
- 1 cup kiwi pulp
- 3 cups iced milk
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation method:
- Separately, blend each fruit with 1 cup milk and 2 tablespoons sugar in a blender.
- Divide each ice cream flavor into disposable cups and place in the freezer for 40 minutes or until it begins to solidify.
- Insert a popsicle stick into the center of each cup and then place it back in the freezer for another 2 hours or until completely frozen.
- Carefully cut the cups, remove from the mold and then serve on a stick.
