Sicilian lemon cream

Time: 25 minutes (+30 minutes in the fridge)

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 150 ml of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 can of cream (300 g)
  • 1 cup milk (tea)
  • 1 dessert spoon of lemon zest

Preparation method:

  1. Prepare the gelatin following the instructions on the package
  2. Blend all the ingredients in a blender, except the lemon zest, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
  3. Add the lemon zest and then mix with a spoon
  4. Distribute into individual cups and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
