Sicilian lemon cream
Time: 25 minutes (+30 minutes in the fridge)

Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 150 ml of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 can of cream (300 g)
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 1 dessert spoon of lemon zest
Preparation method:
- Prepare the gelatin following the instructions on the package
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender, except the lemon zest, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
- Add the lemon zest and then mix with a spoon
- Distribute into individual cups and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
