Avocado ice cream with condensed milk

ingredients

  • Pulp 2 avocado
  • 790 g of condensed milk
  • 250 g of cream

Preparation method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Transfer to a container, cover and place in the freezer for 3 hours. Then, remove from the freezer, put back in the blender and blend until you obtain a creamy consistency. Place back in the container, cover and place in the freezer for another 2 hours. Serve immediately.

Milk ice cream powder with guava paste

ingredients

  • 250 g of cold cream
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 1 Guava paste shell cut into cubes

Preparation method

In a mixer, add the cream and beat until it doubles in volume. Add the condensed milk and milk powder and beat again to combine. Finally, add the guava paste and whisk to mix. Transfer the ice cream into a container, cover and place in the freezer for 3 hours. Serve immediately.

White chocolate ice cream with blackberries

ingredients

  • 1 cup of tea blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 80 g of white chocolate
  • 250 g of cream

Preparation method

Place the blackberries and sugar in a pan and heat over medium heat until boiling. Boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside. In another pan, add the milk and white chocolate and heat over low heat until melted. Add the cream and mix well. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool, transfer to a container with a lid and place in the freezer for 4 hours. Then remove it from the freezer, put it in the mixer and beat it until it reaches a creamy consistency. Add the blackberry syrup and beat again to combine. Transfer to a container with a lid and place in the freezer for 2 hours. Serve immediately.



Passion fruit ice cream with syrup

ingredients

Ice-cream

  • 400 ml of whole milk
  • 790 g of condensed milk
  • 250 g of cream
  • Pulp of 3 passion fruits

Syrup

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • Pulp of 1 passion fruit
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation method

Ice-cream

Place the milk, condensed milk, cream and passion fruit pulp in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Transfer to a container with a lid and place in the freezer for 3 hours. Then remove it from the freezer, place it in the mixer and beat until it doubles in volume. Place it back in the container with a lid and set aside.

Syrup

Place all the ingredients in a pan and cook over medium heat until you obtain a syrup. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool and pour over the ice cream. Place in the freezer for 8 hours. Serve immediately.

Green corn ice cream

ingredients

  • 3 ears of green corn
  • 2 cups of milk tea
  • 1 cup of tea milk cream
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Waterfall

Preparation method

Place the corn in a pan, cover with water, salt and cook over medium heat until soft. Turn off the heat, drain the water, wait for it to cool and remove the kernels from the cob. Place in the blender, add the milk and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency.

Then sift the mixture, transfer it into a container, add the cream and condensed milk and mix well. Place in the freezer for 2 hours. Then remove it from the freezer, put it back in the blender and blend until creamy. Place on the container and place in the freezer for 3 hours. Serve immediately.
