Panettone with chocolate cream
Time: 1h (+30min in the fridge)

Ingredients:
- 1 can of cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 180g chopped milk chocolate
- 180g chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 tablespoons chocolate liqueur
- 1 chocolate (500 g)
- 100g chopped white chocolate
- 1/3 cup drained cherries in syrup
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, combine the cream, butter and chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie, stirring until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Add the liqueur and mix
- Cut the panettone into 4 horizontal slices with a bread knife
- Using a spatula, spread the chocolate filling, interspersing layers of chocotone and filling, finishing with the chocolate lid.
- Cover with the chocolate cream, letting it drip down the sides
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie and decorate the panettone in strands
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve garnished with cherries.
