Anger, hate, anger… that inner thing that rises and when we don’t conform to a situation or someone’s attitude. We grit our teeth, shoulders and neck clench, it makes you want to explode! Have you ever seen yourself like this on any occasion? Surely you answered yes. It’s just that this is an anger manifestation scenario, a human instinct, something totally natural. No, you didn’t read wrong. Along with laziness, envy, pride, gluttony, greed and lust, anger is a human instinct. This denomination is more appropriate than the traditional “cardinal sin”. This is because they are processes inherent in all people. Therefore, we cannot get rid of them or stop hearing them. This idea only generates suffering. It is up to us to understand that they are part of who we are and to learn to use this power in the most appropriate and healthful way.

When balanced, these human instincts are allies in the manifestation of our life plans and, consequently, in our feeling of fullness and happiness of the heart.

friendly anger

The importance of anger lies in the fact that it is the power that makes us free from everything that causes pain. She is that force that makes you give up in uncomfortable situations or that makes you “flip” when needed.

Imagine a context where you are constantly in a position of humiliation, for example in a toxic relationship or in a job that only drains your value and the business counterpart is not carried through.

You’ve been in this condition for a while. It bothers you, but, in a way, you are used to it. Without anger, you are practically destined to remain in this situation for a long time. it’s taking you …

When you use your anger correctly, as a power, you get out of the position of complaining, of waiting for someone to come and save you, of thinking that something should happen for all of this to change, you no longer accept being in submissive positions.

Your anger is the force that makes you break with what is causing you unhappiness and pain, destroy the pattern of what hurts you, do not let them pierce you and make room for the new.

It’s not what you say, it’s what you vibrate. It is an energy potential that makes you expand, position and protect yourself.

power on the other hand

However, it is not uncommon for all of this anger force to be used unbalanced, generating an unpleasant feeling and undesirable consequences.

For example, when you don’t accept reality, you want people to change and you get angry because the world doesn’t live up to your expectations. You are putting your power to change into something that is not up to you. He is like a child who throws a tantrum.

You delude yourself that you want the other to change, that the outside adapts to you, you believe that someone – like your parents or family members – has a certain obligation towards you and must fulfill it. Since this does not happen, you feel this discomfort that makes you angry. You can even fight, curse, initiate aggression, develop a desire for revenge …

In reality, all of this is a reflection of your not accepting that life is the way it is and the only thing you can do is take care of your internal processes, make your changes so that you can transform yourself. And not wanting to fight for the universe to meet your expectations.

neither good nor bad

Therefore, the difference between anger used as something good or bad is in the direction we give this force, how all this potential will be used.

When the situation bothers and causes anger, we can look at it and try to understand what we need to break with, where we need to set limits and do what needs to be done for this transformation to take place.
