Location is a plus here: a gated community in the central part of Maresias, just cross 250 meters from the promenade to reach the beach – and a number of local shops and establishments. Ample space, it comfortably accommodates six people in three bedrooms. Renting a house has its quirks. Forget about the perks, room service, breakfast, and third-party meals. Leaving home for another home may not seem like a vacation to some. Many prefer to forget about obligations such as cooking and even take care of children for a while. For these, the hotels are still valid.
Renting a property for a weekend or a longer season means continuing to have the feeling of being at home, but in another place. You can prepare yourself by bringing enough groceries for the period and for cooking (check with the owner of the place if the kitchen has all the utensils you need). Other alternatives are to bring frozen food or try to find out if there is a delivery service.
