The traditional Mexican preparation based on avocado.

Recipe for 2 people.

cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

Guacamole ingredients

– 2 avocados, ripe

– 1/2 unit of lemon (juice)

– 1 tablespoon(s) of extra virgin olive oil

– 1/2 unit of finger-de-moça pepper, seedless, chopped

– 1 tablespoon chopped green onion

– Salt to taste

– 1/2 unit of Italian tomato, seedless, cut into very small cubes

– 2 tablespoons chopped coriander

PREPARATION:

1. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.

2. Wash the avocados, but do not cut them now to prevent them from darkening.

3. Wash and remove the seeds from the tomato and chilli pepper. Cut the tomato into very small cubes and chop the chilli.

4. Wash, dry and chop the green onion and coriander. Book on absorbent paper.

PREPARATION:

Guacamole:

1. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

2. Remove the pulp with a spoon and place it in a shallow dish.

3. Drizzle with lemon juice and mash with a fork until you obtain a rustic consistency.

4. Add the extra virgin olive oil, chopped chilli pepper, chopped spring onion and salt and mix so that all the ingredients are well incorporated.

5. Finally add the tomato cubes and coriander and mix thoroughly.

6. Taste and, if necessary, add salt.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

1. Serve the guacamole next to the main course or in separate bowls.
