3 pizza recipes to make at home

Widely associated with Italians, pizza has won over Brazilians and is a hit in the country. However, like other foreign dishes, this delicacy has undergone changes and acquired a variety of flavors to satisfy the national palate. Banana pizza

ingredients

Pasta

  • 4 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons refined sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups ice water
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1/2 sachet of dry yeast

Filling

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate
  • 200 g of cream
  • 3 cups bananas, peeled and sliced
  • Ground cinnamon and granulated sugar for sprinkling

Preparation method

Place the wheat flour in a container, refined sugar and salt and mix well. Add the cold water, oil and yeast and mix well. Then divide the dough into two equal parts and form two balls. Cover with cling film and leave to rest for 1 hour. Then, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into discs, place them on the pizza trays and bake in a preheated oven at 220º C for 10 minutes. Reserve.

Filling

Place the chocolate in a pan and heat over medium heat until it melts. Add the cream and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Turn off the heat and pour the chocolate over the pizza dough. Arrange the bananas on the chocolate and sprinkle with sugar and ground cinnamon. Then place in the preheated oven at 180º C for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Mini salami pizza with mozzarella

ingredients

  • 400 g of sauce natural tomato
  • 6 discs of ready-made mini pizza dough
  • 100 g of chopped salami
  • 200 g of grated mozzarella

Preparation method

Separate the pizza discs on a baking tray and, using a spoon, spread half the tomato sauce over them. Reserve. Divide the salami, mozzarella and remaining tomato sauce into 6 portions. Then arrange a portion of salami, a portion of mozzarella and a portion of tomato sauce on each pizza disc. Place in the preheated oven at medium temperature for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Tip: use the same dough as the previous recipe to make mini pizzas



Pepperoni pizza with onion

Pepperoni pizza

ingredients

Pasta

  • 1 kg of wheat flour
  • 20 g of salt
  • 10 g of sugar
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 12 g of organic yeast
  • 500 ml of warm water
  • 1 cup of tea waterfall

Filling

  • 50 ml of tomato sauce
  • 1 onion peeled and sliced
  • 100 g of grated parmesan
  • 200 g sliced ​​pepper sausage
  • Origan

Preparation method

Place the dry ingredients (except the yeast) in a container, mix well and set aside. In another container, dissolve the yeast in a little water and add it to the ingredients set aside. Add the olive oil and water, mix well and knead the dough until it becomes soft. Divide the dough into 2 parts, make balls, place them in a container and leave to rest for 2 hours. Then, with the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a disk and place each of them on a pizza pan. Reserve.

Filling

On the pizza discs arrange the tomato sauce, the sausage, Parmesan cheese and onion and complete by sprinkling with oregano. Place in a preheated oven at 180º C for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
