Ingredients MANGO CREAM WITH COCONUT

– 1 unit palmer mango, diced – or enough – see pre-preparation

– 2 tablespoons of coconut milk

– 1/4 cup(s) of fresh cream

– 1 teaspoon colorless and tasteless gelatine powder (1 teaspoon = 3 g)

– 1 tablespoon(s) of water, to dissolve the gelatine (see instructions on the package)

– sugar to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. The amount of sugar in this recipe depends on the sweetness of the mangoes and your preferences.
  2. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  3. Wash and peel the mango and, on a cutting board, cut it into cubes (about 1 cup of cubes for every 2 servings).
  4. Cut and separate the mango cubes for decoration (optional)

PREPARATION:

Mango and Coconut Cream:

  1. Place the mango cubes, coconut milk and a little sugar in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Check the flavor and add more sugar, if necessary, so that the dessert adapts to your tastes.
  3. Whisk again to mix and set aside.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin in water (see quantities in the ingredients) following the instructions on the package.
  5. Add the cream and dissolved gelatine to the mango cream. Whisk to incorporate.
  6. Distribute the mango and coconut cream into individual bowls or cups, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours before serving.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. When serving, remove bowls or cups with mango cream with coconut from the refrigerator.
  2. Finish with mango cubes (optional)
