Cooked ground beef pancake

ingredients

Pasta

  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • Salt to taste

Filling

  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 300 g of minced meat
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 70 g of extract tomato
  • 200 g of cream
  • Olive oil and salt to taste

Assembly

  • 400 g of tomato sauce
  • Grated parmesan to taste

Preparation method

Filling

In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Then sauté the onion until it becomes transparent. Add the minced meat and brown it until it loses its reddish color. Add the chopped tomato, tomato paste, salt, cream and mix. Cook for 5 minutes and set aside.

Pasta

Place the soft wheat flour, eggs, oil, milk, salt in a container and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture. Grease the pan with oil and place it over medium heat to heat it. Using a ladle, place a portion of the dough in the pan and spread it out. Brown both sides of the pancake. Repeat the process with the entire dough.

Assembly

Place the minced meat filling in the center of the pancake and roll it up. Repeat this process with all the pancake discs. Then transfer the pancakes to a serving plate, pour the tomato sauce over them and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 5 teeth minced garlic
  • Salt, smoked paprika and ground black pepper to taste
  • 500 g of wheat flour
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 500 g of flaked corn flour
  • 400 g of crushed corn cereals
  • Fry oil

Preparation method

Place the chicken legs and thighs in a container and season with garlic, salt and black pepper and mix. Set aside for 30 minutes. In another container, place the wheat flour and season with salt, paprika and black pepper. Place the beaten egg in another container and mix it with the water.

Dip the chicken pieces in the wheat flour and then in the egg mixture. Then, coat in the flaked cornmeal and dip once more into the egg mixture. Finally cover the chicken pieces with the corn cereal.

Fill a pan with oil and place over medium heat to heat. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil and then serve them.

Spaghetti With Meatballs

ingredients

Meatball

  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Olive oil, chopped green chilli and ground black pepper to taste

Spaghetti

  • 250 g of spaghetti spaghetti
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 680 g of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Basil, salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Water for cooking pasta

Preparation method

Meatball

Place all the meatball ingredients in a container and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture. With your hands take portions of dough and form balls. Grease a pan with olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Fry the meatballs until golden brown. Reserve.

Spaghetti

Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add salt and pasta. Cook until the pasta is al dente. Turn off the heat, drain the pasta and set it aside.

In the same pan in which you fried the meatballs, add more oil and fry the onion until softened. Add the garlic and brown it. Add the tomato sauce, water, salt, black pepper and basil. Add the meatballs, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Serve the pasta with the sauce and meatballs.
