Fruit Salad Popsicle
ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, cut into slices
- 1 cup peach, sliced
- 1 cup blueberry tea
- 1 cup kiwi, cut into slices
- 700 ml of pear juice
- Sugar to taste
- Ice cream sticks
Preparation method
In a popsicle container, place all fruits. Add the pear juice and place in the freezer until it reaches consistency. Then add the ice cream sticks and let them freeze. Serve immediately.
Pineapple Pave
ingredients
- 1 pineapple cut into cubes
- 1 glass of natural yogurt
- 8 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped canned peaches
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin
- 30 g of cashews
- Waterfall
Preparation method
In a pan, place the pineapple, brown sugar, 1/2 cup water and place over medium heat, stirring constantly. Leave to boil for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and set aside. Then dissolve the gelatine in water following the instructions on the package. Then transfer the gelatine into the blender, add the natural yogurt and blend for 3 minutes. Place the reserved pineapple mixture, the cream with the gelatine and the peach pieces in a container. Sprinkle with cashews and place in the freezer for 12 hours. Serve immediately.

Papaya smoothie with banana
ingredients
- 600 ml of milk
- 1/2 papaya cut into pieces
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons of powdered milk
- Ice cubes to taste
Preparation method
Place the milk, papaya, bananas, powdered milk, oats and ice cubes in the blender. Blend everything until you obtain a homogeneous consistency. Download the Vitamin into a jug and serve immediately.
Apple Dumpling
ingredients
- 1 grated apple
- 2 tablespoons of oats flakes
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of raisins
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- Chia seeds and flaxseeds to taste
- Butter for greasing
- Wheat flour for dusting
Preparation method
Place all the ingredients, except the yeast, in a container and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous consistency. Add the yeast and mix some more. Grease the cupcake molds with butter, flour them with wheat flour and pour the mixture into them. Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Then remove from the oven, wait for it to cool and then serve.
