During Children’s Week, treats are free (in moderation, of course)! How about learning how to make a recipe for healthy jujube for the little ones? With just two ingredients, this version of one of children’s favorite desserts uses whole grape juice to make it healthy, as well as very tasty.
Find out below how to make this healthy jujube recipe at home, provided by the Campo Largo brand.
Healthy jujube recipe
ingredients
- 175ml whole grape juice (or whatever juice flavor you prefer)
- 20 g of agar agar
Preparation method
In a pan, combine the whole grape juice and the agar-agar and mix the ingredients. Then, let the liquid boil for five minutes or until it thickens. Pour the mixture into the molds of the desired shape and leave to rest for 20 minutes until it cools. It is not necessary to put it in the fridge to harden, but only to preserve the dessert. When the jellies are firm they will be ready to be served. Then remove them from the molds and place them in airtight containers. Store them in the fridge to last longer and that’s it, now you can enjoy jellies made from natural juice without guilt.
