The Masterchef participants tried their hand at serving 200 people with a main course and dessert in Juiz de Fora (MG) and the judges didn’t like the result. Impatient, Erick Jacquin exploded the beans prepared by Vinícius, who was part of the team led by Rozana.

The Frenchman also explained that when you have this type of contract to make, the menu must be well analysed, “the conditions, the material and the obligations we have. You can never cook the beans. Never! Never cook the meat like that and then makes a slice of dried meat.”

Fogaça criticizes the red team
