Duckling in rust sauce recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1/2 cup red vinegar
- 1 cup (tea) tomato pulp
- 1/4 cup oil (tea).
- 2 cups (tea) of water
Preparation method:
- In a blender, blend the onion, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, carrot, vinegar and tomato pulp until smooth.
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and brown all the meat.
- Add the whipped cream, water and bring to the boil.
- Close the pan and cook for 40 minutes from when the pressure starts or until the meat is tender.
- Cut into slices and serve with sauce and vegetables of your choice.
