Sirloin burger with bacon
ingredients
- 800 g of minced picanha
- 150 g of bacon cut into slices
- Olive oil, salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves to taste
- 3 tomatoes cut into slices
- 150 g cheese, cut into slices
- Hamburger bun
Preparation method
In a bowl, place the meat and season with salt and black pepper. Mix well. Divide the meat into 4 parts and start shaping the burger. Form a ball, flatten the top and arrange the edges. In a pan greased with olive oil, fry the burgers for 3 minutes over medium heat, turn and fry for another 3 minutes. Arrange the cheese slices on top of the burger to melt. Meanwhile, in another pan, brown the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Then cut the bread in half and place it in the pan for a minute. Assemble the snack with bread, hamburger, bacon, lettuce and tomato. Serve immediately.
Pork burger
ingredients
- 300g minced pork fillet
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- Olive oil, salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Sesame burger buns
- 8 slices of tomato
- 4 lettuce leaves chopped
- Parmesan flakes
Preparation method
In a container, mix the Pork fillet with onion and garlic. Season with salt and black pepper and mix well. Form 4 balls with the meat and flatten each one to form burgers. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes before frying. Place the olive oil in a non-stick pan and heat over medium heat. Fry the burgers until desired doneness. Cut the bread in half and toast it in the oven at 210°C for about 5 minutes. Then, assemble your sandwich with bread, hamburger, lettuce, tomato and cheese shreds.

Chicken Burger
ingredients
- 600 g of minced chicken
- 1 grated onion
- 2 tablespoons of soup of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Bread, rocket, lettuce, tomato slices, onion and mozzarella to serve
Preparation method
Place all the ingredients except the olive oil in a bowl. Knead with your hands until you obtain a compact and smooth dough. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Then divide the dough into 4 parts. With your hands, form each part into a ball and press until very round hamburgers are formed. Place the olive oil in a non-stick pan and heat over medium heat. Arrange the burgers and brown them for 3 minutes per side. Serve the burgers with bread, arugula, lettuce, tomato slices, onion and mozzarella.
