Chia pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk (tea)
  • 1 tablespoon of oat flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of chia
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Diced mango and mint leaves to decorate

Mango cream

  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia

Mint cream

  • 1/2 cup mint (tea)
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia

Preparation method:

  1. In a glass jar with lid, mix the coconut milk, oats and chia
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge for 12 hours
  3. Open the jar, mix with honey and set aside
  4. In the meantime, blend the mango and yogurt in a blender, mix the chia with a spoon and set aside
  5. Blend the mint, yogurt and honey in a blender until smooth, mix the chia with a spoon and set aside
  6. To assemble, divide the chia cream kept aside into 3 glasses until it reaches 1/3 of the capacity, spread the mango cream on top and then cover with the mint cream
  7. Place in the fridge for 3 hours
  8. Remove from the oven, decorate with mango and mint and serve immediately.
