Chicken pancake in white sauce

ingredients

Pasta

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk tea
  • Greasing oil

Sauce

  • 240 ml of milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 200ml of cream
  • Oregano and salt to taste

Filling

  • 1 breast of chicken cooked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

Pasta

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until you obtain a homogeneous mass. Grease a round pan with olive oil. Pour part of the dough into the center of the pan and spread it to cover the entire bottom. Wait for it to fry and then turn it to the other side. Repeat the process with all the dough and set aside.

Sauce

In a saucepan, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk. Place over medium heat and add the oregano, stirring until it thickens. Then remove from the heat, add salt, add the cream and mix.

Filling

In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and cook until golden brown. Add the chicken cut into pieces, season with chives, salt and black pepper. Fry until golden brown.

Assembly

Stuff the pancakes with the chicken and roll them up. Place all the pancakes in a pan greased with olive oil. Place in medium oven for 10 minutes. Then pour in the béchamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve immediately.

  • 1 tablespoon grated cheese
  • Greasing oil

Filling

  • 250 g of ricotta
  • 1 pack of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Place over medium heat to cook for 5 minutes. Drain them, chop them with a knife, add them to the seasoned ricotta and mix well.

Assembly

Fill the pancakes and roll them up. Place all the pancakes in a pan greased with olive oil. Place in medium oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 dessert spoons of yeast
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 2 tablespoons margarine

Syrup

  • 150 g of chocolate with chopped milk
  • 200ml of cream

Preparation method

In a container mix the wheat flour, sugar, yeast and chocolate. Then add the eggs, milk and mix well. Grease a round pan with margarine. Pour part of the dough into the center of the pan and spread it to cover the entire bottom. Wait for it to fry and then turn it to the other side. Repeat the process with all the dough and set aside.

Place the chocolate and cream in a container. Place in the microwave to melt. Mix well until the cream is smooth. Then serve the chocolate cream over the pancakes.
