A banana and oat pancake as soft as American pancakes, easy and quick to prepare without flour and milk, for a snack or breakfast.

Recipe for 2 people.

Ingredients BANANA PANCAKES WITH OATS

– 3 pieces of large, ripe silver bananas. (or dwarf banana)

– 3 units of beaten eggs.

– 1/2 cup(s) oat bran (or oat flour)

– 1/2 teaspoon(s) of sodium bicarbonate THE

– coconut oil to taste to grease the pan. (or other option of your choice)

– ground cinnamon to taste (optional)

PREPARATION:

  1. The yield of this recipe is 4 small pancakes, 10 cm in diameter for every 2 portions.
  2. Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.

PREPARATION:

Banana pancakes with oats:

  1. In a shallow dish or bowl, crack the eggs, add the bicarbonate of soda and beat well.
  2. In another shallow plate or bowl, mash the banana well with a fork until no large pieces remain.
  3. Mix in the mashed banana and beaten eggs until well incorporated.
  4. Add the oats and cinnamon powder (optional) and mix well.
  5. Heat a small nonstick pan over medium/low heat and grease with coconut oil or another oil of your choice.
  6. Pour a portion of dough (1 ladle), but do not roll it out, leave it 10 cm in diameter and thicker.
  7. Reduce the heat to low and cover.
  8. When the batter is golden brown underneath and bubbling on top, flip the pancake using a dessert plate or cutting board and return it to the pan.
  9. Cook for about 2 more minutes or enough to cook through and brown on the other side.
  10. Remove it from the pan and repeat the operation with the rest of the dough.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. It is used for banana pancakes with oats with side dish of your choice.
  2. Finish with agave syrup or honey.
