A banana and oat pancake as soft as American pancakes, easy and quick to prepare without flour and milk, for a snack or breakfast.

Ingredients BANANA PANCAKES WITH OATS
– 3 pieces of large, ripe silver bananas. (or dwarf banana)
– 3 units of beaten eggs.
– 1/2 cup(s) oat bran (or oat flour)
– 1/2 teaspoon(s) of sodium bicarbonate THE
– coconut oil to taste to grease the pan. (or other option of your choice)
– ground cinnamon to taste (optional)
PREPARATION:
- The yield of this recipe is 4 small pancakes, 10 cm in diameter for every 2 portions.
- Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.
PREPARATION:
Banana pancakes with oats:
- In a shallow dish or bowl, crack the eggs, add the bicarbonate of soda and beat well.
- In another shallow plate or bowl, mash the banana well with a fork until no large pieces remain.
- Mix in the mashed banana and beaten eggs until well incorporated.
- Add the oats and cinnamon powder (optional) and mix well.
- Heat a small nonstick pan over medium/low heat and grease with coconut oil or another oil of your choice.
- Pour a portion of dough (1 ladle), but do not roll it out, leave it 10 cm in diameter and thicker.
- Reduce the heat to low and cover.
- When the batter is golden brown underneath and bubbling on top, flip the pancake using a dessert plate or cutting board and return it to the pan.
- Cook for about 2 more minutes or enough to cook through and brown on the other side.
- Remove it from the pan and repeat the operation with the rest of the dough.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- It is used for banana pancakes with oats with side dish of your choice.
- Finish with agave syrup or honey.
