Pumpkin Spice Matcha

The trendy powdered Japanese matcha tea contains caffeine, so it will also give you a nice boost.

You will need:

  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha powder
  • 250 ml of whole or vegetable milk
  • 1 teaspoon mixed spices (see previous recipe)
  • agave syrup or honey

How to cook:

To make pumpkin spiced matcha, mix the prepared matcha powder in a cup with 70ml of warm water so that there are no lumps (you can use a cappuccino maker). Be careful, take a cup that is tall enough so that the tea does not splash! Then heat the milk, add the pumpkin puree and spices. Add this mixture to the matcha and sweeten to taste.

Pumpkin and Tonic Fruit Punch

This drink can be enjoyed with ice, or it can be heated by replacing the tonic with a portion of apple or cherry juice and adding spices.

You will need:

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 50 ml of exotic juice (passion fruit or mango)
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
  • Tonic

How to cook:

Shake the juice with ice cubes in a shaker, pour into a glass and use pumpkin puree as a garnish. Fill the glass with tonic. Appreciate!
