Oriental chicken
Ingredients:
– 1 kg of thighs
– 4 cloves of garlic chopped
– 1 col. of grated ginger soup
– 1 cup. of soy sauce
– 1/2 cup of honey
– 3 col. of tomato paste soup
– 1 col. of sesame oil soup
– 1 chopped chili pepper without seeds
– 1 col. of cornstarch diluted in 1/2 cup of water
– Olive oil for browning
– Chives to finish
Preparation method:
Place the chicken and all the ingredients except the oil in a bowl. Let the chicken marinate while you heat the pan. Brown the chicken thighs for 5 minutes on each side, add the marinade sauce and cook for 20 minutes. Add the cornstarch and cook for another 3 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Finish with sesame oil and sprinkle with diagonally cut chives.
