Performance: 8 to 10 servings
Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
Pudding
- 1 1/2 cans evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cans condensed milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 300 g of cream cheese
- 3/4 cup chopped almonds
Caramel
- 100 g of sugar
Blackberry syrup
- 300 g of blackberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup orange juice
Decoration
- 8 cherries cut in half
- Sugar eyes
- Chocolate chips
- Gummy sweets
- Vampire teeth
Preparation method:
Add the sugar for the caramel to the pan. Cook over medium-low heat, tilting the pan slightly to prevent the sugar from burning. Remove from the heat as soon as a slightly golden and uniform caramel has formed. Leave to cool.
In a high-powered blender, mix all pudding ingredients. Pour this mixture over the caramel.
Cover the pan and cook over a very low heat for about 25 minutes, until the pudding is cooked. Turn off and leave to rest on a covered tray for another 10 minutes. Leave to cool.
To unmold the pudding, heat the base slightly so that the caramel comes out of the mould.
Blend the blackberries with the sugar and orange juice in a blender. Add the syrup to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, until thickened.
Cut the pudding into slices and decorate each one with syrup, gummy candies, vampire teeth and sugar eyes with cherry and chocolate sprinkles.
