Tuna tabbouleh recipe
Preparation time: 10min (+1h rest) (+1h in the fridge)

Ingredients:
- 3 cups (tea) boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups kibbeh wheat
- 2 seedless tomatoes chopped
- 1 seedless Japanese cucumber, chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 can solid tuna, drained
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mint (tea)
- Salt, black pepper and olive oil to taste
- 6 lettuce leaves chopped
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, pour the boiling water over the wheat, stir and leave to rest for 1 hour or until it has absorbed all the water and cooled.
- Transfer to a larger plate and mix in the tomato, cucumber, onion, tuna and lemon juice.
- Season with mint, salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Arrange the chopped lettuce on a serving plate and place the tabbouleh on top.
- Then serve your tuna tabbouleh.
