Peanut butter truffle

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 50 g of semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Cocoa powder for sprinkling

Preparation method

Place the peanut butter and oat flour in a bowl and mix well. Form the truffles into balls and place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. While the truffles are freezing, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a bain-marie. Once the chocolate has melted, remove the truffles from the freezer, cover them with chocolate and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Place back in the fridge for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

Chocolate candy with banana

ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon of honey soup
  • 1 tablespoon skimmed milk powder
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 85g semi-sweet chocolate

Preparation method

In a container, mash the bananas and transfer them to a pan. Then add the honey and milk powder and mix well. Place over low heat and stir to prevent it from sticking. Add the cinnamon and cook until reduced by half. Then, turn off the heat, transfer it to a plate and wait for it to cool.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave. After the banana mixture has cooled, cut it into squares and cover it with melted chocolate. Place in the fridge for 1 hour for the chocolate to solidify. Serve immediately.

  • 200 ml of vegetable milk
  • 3 tablespoons of chia soup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • Chopped strawberries and flaked almonds to taste

Preparation method

Place the chia, vegetable milk and sugar in a container and mix well. Leave the pudding in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or prepare it the night before. When serving, add the chopped strawberries, coconut flakes and almonds.

Farofa

  • 1/4 cup sweetener
  • 1/4 cup finely rolled rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon skimmed milk powder

Pasta

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup sweetener
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 2 cups of tea oatmeal
  • 4 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs (yolks and whites separated)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 500 ml of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chemical yeast
  • 1 chopped apple
  • Coconut oil for greasing
  • Wheat flour for dusting

Preparation method

Farofa

In a container, place the sweetener, oat flakes, ground cinnamon, coconut oil, nuts and powdered milk. Mix until a coarse crumb forms and set aside in the fridge.

Pasta

Place half of the oat flakes, salt and powdered milk in a container. Mix well and set aside. Place the egg yolks, the sweetener and 3 tablespoons of water in a mixer. Beat until you obtain a whitish cream.

Without turning off the mixer, add the reserved mixture, the wheat flour and the rest of the oat flakes. Then add the oil and 500 ml of water. Beat until you obtain a homogeneous mass. Finally, whip the egg whites separately, add them little by little to the mixture, add the yeast and beat for another 3 minutes.

Assembly

Grease a mold with coconut oil and flour it with wheat flour. Pour half the mixture into the pan. Distribute the apple pieces and cover with the rest of the dough. Finally, roll out the farofa set aside on the dough and place it in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 50 minutes. After cooking, remove from the oven, wait for it to cool and serve.
