Ingredients:
- 1 green apple chopped
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 diced cooked potatoes
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 cup seedless white raisins
- 1/2 cup seedless black raisins
- 1 stalk of celery chopped
- 1 small jar of mayonnaise (250 g)
- Salt to taste
- Lettuce leaves to decorate
Preparation method:
- Place the bacon in a non-stick pan over medium heat and brown it in its own fat until golden.
- Drain and reserve.
