Traditional sausage with bacon recipe

Preparation time: 30 minutes (+30 minutes in the fridge)

Ingredients:

  • 1 green apple chopped
  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 diced cooked potatoes
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup seedless white raisins
  • 1/2 cup seedless black raisins
  • 1 stalk of celery chopped
  • 1 small jar of mayonnaise (250 g)
  • Salt to taste
  • Lettuce leaves to decorate

Preparation method:

  1. Place the bacon in a non-stick pan over medium heat and brown it in its own fat until golden.
