Meat in the pot
ingredients
- 1kg chuck cut into large pieces
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 carrots cut into thick slices
- two potatoes cut into thick slices
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cube of meat broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 teacups of water
- Thyme sprigs to taste
Preparation method
In the pressure cooker, sauté the onion in the olive oil over medium heat until translucent. Add the garlic, beef broth and salt. Brown for 5 minutes and add the pieces of meat. Fry the meat until golden brown. Add the water, salt and black pepper, stir and cover the pan. Let it cook over medium heat for 15 minutes after coming to pressure. Then turn off the heat and wait for the pressure to release. Add the carrots and potatoes. Place over medium heat and cook under pressure for another 10 minutes. Then, turn off the heat, wait for the pressure in the pan to release, transfer it to a serving plate and decorate with the thyme sprigs. Serve immediately.
Chicken salad
ingredients
- 500 g of chicken breast cooked and cut into pieces
- 3 grated carrots
- 100 g seedless raisins
- 1 cup chopped olives
- 200g chopped canned hearts of palm
- Chopped green chilli, olive oil and salt to taste
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 140 g of straw potatoes
- 250 g of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1/2 tablespoon crushed garlic
Preparation method
Place the chicken breast cut into pieces in a pan and brown it over medium heat with the margarine and garlic. Then transfer it into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, except the straw potatoes and mayonnaise. Season with olive oil, salt and lemon. Then add mayonnaise, straw potatoes and mix well. Serve immediately.

Four cheese risotto
ingredients
- 50 g of butter
- 1 onion diced
- 150 g of arborio rice
- 1/2 glass of white wine
- 400 ml of broth vegetables Heat
- 30 g of gorgonzola
- 2 tablespoons of ricotta
- 50 g mozzarella, cut into cubes
- 30 g of parmesan
- 1 bunch of parsley for garnish
Preparation method
