PAPAYA CREAM Ingredients
– 1 unit(s) papaya (pawpaw)
– 2 scoops of sugar-free vanilla ice cream (or other ice cream of your choice) B
– just enough cassis liqueur to finish. (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Separate the ingredients of the recipe.

Papaya Cream:
- Wash and dry the papaya, cut it in half and remove the seeds.
- Remove the papaya pulp with a spoon and place it directly into the blender glass.
- Add the ice cream scoops and beat until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
- Distribute into glasses.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Serve immediately, watering the papaya cream with a drop of Cassis liqueur (optional).
