DrosophylaBar

Founded in 1986, in the city of Belo Horizonte, the Drosophyla unit of São Paulo began its activities in 2002 in the Baixa Augusta region. Since 2015, the bar has been located in a century-old building in the Consolação region, which retains an atmosphere with a strong Art Deco inspiration in its decorations and furniture. The address also offers a program full of cultural presentations and small musical shows, with the opportunity for a slightly more “alternative” happy hour.

Signed by Kleber Martins, the house has a list of exclusive drinks that bear the names of bars and cultural spaces that have been part of the history of nightlife in the bar district. Among the options, Oásis features citrus notes of orange blossom and pineapple, and Jussara Drinks combines jambu cachaça and tiquira, a cassava-based spirit.

Signature drinks cost 39 reais and the house also prepares drinks of customers’ choice, depending on the availability of ingredients. Bar Hello Jorge

Hi Jorge has two units, one in the central area of ​​the city and the other in the Vila Madalena neighborhood. Located in the heart of the city, opposite the Theatro Municipal and next to the renowned Notiê restaurant, the Abaru bar and restaurant offers a unique experience in the central region of São Paulo.
