Chicken pate with rocket recipe

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg chicken breast fillet, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 1 package of ready-made chicken seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (tea) filtered water
  • 1 full cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup regular mayonnaise
  • 1/2 carrot with peel, coarsely grated
  • 8 chopped green olives
  • 12 medium striped rocket leaves

Preparation method:

  1. First wash the chicken with water and vinegar.
  2. Season with salt, garlic sauce and ready-made seasoning.
  3. Brown the chicken in a heated pan with olive oil until white.
  4. Add the filtered water and pressure cook for 7 minutes or until it is easy to chop.
  5. Leave it to cool and, if possible, quickly pass it through the food processor to chop it more finely.
  6. In another container, mix with the other ingredients.
  7. Serve your chicken pâté with rocket accompanied by toasted bread!
