The Latin soul prevails in two other city kitchens recognized by the French guide: Elcielo Miami (Colombian experimental cuisine from chef Juan Manuel Barrientos) and Los Félix (Mexican inspired by the country’s indigenous heritage). Asians are present in the selection with a Michelin star both in Orlando (Japanese Soseki and Kadence) and in Miami (Korean Cote Miami and Japanese Hiden).

In addition to traditional Japanese hospitality, The Den restaurant has chefs trained in Tokyo to prepare sushi. It works inside an almost secret lounge at Azubu Miami Beach, one of the dining options at the Marriott Stanton South Beach. The omakase-style (tasting) menu costs $ 220.
